Accounting Assistant responsibilities center around processing vendor invoices and billing customers based on purchase orders and internal sales orders. In this position you will maintain accurate data entry and document control within the digital filing system, assist with various accounting projects, and provide support during quarterly VAT filings. Additionally, the Accounting Assistant will support the monthly close process, communicate statement of account with customers, and follow up on payment .
