Junior Customer Service Representative responsibilities center around facilitating the Tube Supply sales process. In this entry-level role, you will enter sales orders received from our Account Managers into our database. Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for troubleshooting with customers and will coordinate with outside processing vendors to treat material to each customer’s specifications.
