JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Junior Account Manager responsibilities center around learning Tube Supply’s product lines, sales strategy, and cultivating customer relationships. In this role, you will manage entry-level accounts and ensure the timely and successful delivery of material according to customer needs. Junior Account Managers will train to understand the sales process, how to select material based on customer needs and how to schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
QUALITY CONTROL TECH
Quality Control Tech responsibilities center around the inspection of machined parts and materials as required by operations. In this position, you will review Mill Test Reports to ensure compliance with internal and industry standards as well as conducting stringent straightness verifications. Additionally, the Quality Control Tech will manage service and Calibration of all Inspection, Measuring, and Testing equipment, as well as comply with all HSE, QMS, and company procedures.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
Marketing Communications Specialist responsibilities center around promoting and branding the business effectively with the goal of generating sales for Tube Supply. In this position, you will organize marketing and communications activities for events, develop and manage all online communication vehicles, and coordinate internal and external announcements. Additionally, the Marketing Communications Specialist will act as gatekeeper for materials to be in compliance with company branding requirements with respect to design, layout, core messaging and marketing efforts.
DRIVER
Driver responsibilities center around transporting material in a safe, timely manner. In this position you will pick up and drop off materials while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. You will be responsible for inspecting loads to ensure the material is secure, read bills of lading to determine assignment details, and check conditions of trailers after contents have been unloaded. A CDL Class A license is required. This position is a long-haul position and will require out of town travel twice a week. The position will start and end each week in Houston and go to Odessa, TX twice a week.
MATERIAL HANDLER
Material Handler responsibilities center around working with Operations Management to prioritize sales orders and complete special projects. In this role, you will move steel bar and tube within the facility and package all material that is ready for shipment.
SAW OPERATOR
Saw Operator responsibilities center around cutting and issuing raw material and allocating remaining material to correct locations around the Tube Supply facility. In this role, you will also assist in organizing material storage systems, use quality instruments to verify material requirements, and inspect equipment and tools daily to ensure proper calibration. Saw Operators will work alongside Operations Management to prioritize work orders and complete daily jobs and/or projects.
