STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER

Strategic Account manager responsibilities center around providing business commercial results and delivering excellent management and leadership to Tube Supply. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the overall global success of the strategic accounts and have full accountability for given account inventory/asset management, order processing and customer specification. This position will require domestic and international travel to align with business needs.

 

 

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Account Manager responsibilities center around developing long-term relationships with customers. Account Managers liaise between customers and various internal departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our material according to customer needs. This role consists of equal parts account management and seeking new business.

 

 

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

Director of Finance and Administration responsibilities center around leading all financial functions, including accounting, tax, treasury, financial planning, and credit and collections for the company, current and future divisions. In this position, you will prepare concise management reports, manage the cash flow and banking relationships, and evaluate all financial and accounting systems, controls, and standards to ensure the correct policies and procedures are in place to produce accurate and timely financial and statistical reports. Additionally, the Director of Finance and Administration will manage the company’s external audit, both locally and globally, as well as manage Accounting and Finance personnel both domestically and internationally.

 

 

MATERIAL HANDLER

Material Handler responsibilities center around working with Operations Management to prioritize sales orders and complete special projects. In this role, you will move steel bar and tube products within the facility and package all material ready for shipment.

 

 

JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Junior Account Manager responsibilities center around learning Tube Supply’s product lines, sales strategy, and cultivating customer relationships. In this role, you will manage entry-level accounts and ensure the timely and successful delivery of material according to customer needs. Junior Account Managers will train to understand the sales process, how to select material based on customer needs and how to schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

 

 

Buyer responsibilities center around supporting supply chain and sales initiatives by initiating inventory and material processing requisitions. In this position, you will evaluate offers and negotiate pricing and delivery schedules with suppliers and vendors, generate and manage purchase orders in our ERP system, and track and coordinate incoming shipments from suppliers/vendors. Additionally, the Buyer will maintain and update internal logs, develop and/or propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our Supply Chain processes, and work to maintain and strengthen relationships with key suppliers.

 

 

SR. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Sr. Maintenance Technician responsibilities center around ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance, with expertise in various technical areas, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and industrial mechanics. In this position, you will ensure all machinery is up to working standards by performing quality checks for all machinery, tools, and equipment. Additionally, the Sr. Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot problem areas and create a clear plan of action for fixing necessary parts, record and track daily progress and error reports, and use data analytics to help prepare for and prevent future problems.

 

 

QUALITY CONTROL TECH

Quality Control Tech responsibilities center around the inspection of machined parts and materials as required by operations. In this position, you will review Mill Test Reports to ensure compliance with internal and industry standards as well as conducting stringent straightness verifications. Additionally, the Quality Control Tech will manage service and Calibration of all Inspection, Measuring, and Testing equipment, as well as comply with all HSE, QMS, and company procedures.

 

 

SAW OPERATOR

Saw Operator responsibilities center around cutting and issuing raw material and allocating remaining material to correct locations around the Tube Supply facility. In this role, you will also assist in organizing material storage systems, use quality instruments to verify material requirements, and inspect equipment and tools daily to ensure proper calibration. Saw Operators will work alongside Operations Management to prioritize work orders and complete daily jobs and/or projects.

 

 

RECEPTIONIST

Receptionist responsibilities center around managing the front desk on a daily basis as well as performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. In this position, you will manage and direct phone calls, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain the cleanliness of common areas. Additionally, the Receptionist will provide administrative support to other administrative staff, as well as run errands and assist with company on-site events as needed.
